Aaron leads CRU’s battery cost modelling, forecasting production costs of current and next-generation battery technologies, understanding when and how new technologies will affect the battery market. Prior to joining CRU, Aaron completed his PhD in lithium-ion battery degradation with the Faraday Institution at UCL. During this time he interned at Exawatt part-time for the duration of his studies. Aaron is a project director of “Battery Pub”, an online networking event for the battery community.

Prior to Dense Air he had leading roles at companies such as Quortus, Samsung Networks, and Airspan where he specialized in 5G, LTE, UMTS, and GSM technologies across Engineering, Product Management & Business Development.

At Dense Air, he has overall responsibility for the development, integration & testing of products & solutions that underpin Dense Air’s RAN-as-a-Service platform, including Neutral Host RAN, Core Network, Big Data & Analytics, OSS/BSS and Cloud.​

Antonio Bruto da Costa is a PhD qualified Computer Scientist with over 10 years of experience across industry and academia. He has consulted and advised on research groups, on developing languages for the quantitative assessment of complex safety-critical systems. He has collaborated across international laboratories and industry partners.

Aoife O’Grady is head of Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland, an office within the Department of Transport charged with responsibility for delivering ireland's ambitious electric vehicle targets. ZEVI’s work program includes the incentivization of zero emission vehicles through direct grants, as well as the strategy, design, and delivery of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. ZEVI works with a number of stakeholders nationally and internationally. Aoife has worked in the transport sector in the UK and Ireland for over 20 years with a focus on sustainability and strategy.

Beth is a behaviour change specialist skilled in stakeholder engagement and has experience working in community engagement and inclusive and equitable transition. She has an MSc in applied behaviour change and has devised and led customer and stakeholder consultation for local authorities, OEMs and industry partners. Alongside her work at Cenex, Beth spent a year supporting Transport for West Midlands. She headed the Influencing Transport Lab, an initiative to create a centre of excellence for transport behaviour change. She currently sits on the steering group of InnovateUKs Micromobility ForuMM, working with local and national government alongside operators to develop and strengthen the Micromobility ecosystem in the UK.

In addition to working as Commercial Vehicles Strategy and Business Development Director at OTOKAR Automotive and Defense Industry Inc. in 2020, his responsibilities also include managing all Commercial Vehicles strategic tender programs and product range.

Teragence supports smart city players, mobility service providers and automotive stakeholders such as the RAC Foundation and DFT.

Claire Haigh was appointed as Executive Director of Zemo Partnership in January 2024. Claire comes to Zemo from Greener Vision where she was the Founder & CEO. Greener Vision is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to encouraging the switch to a greener future.

She also chairs the Delivery & Impacts Independent Review Panel for the Government’s Joint Air Quality Unit (DfT/Defra) and is Executive Director of the Transport Knowledge Hub. She was formerly the Chief Executive of the sustainable transport group Greener Journeys, and of the not-for-profit organisation Greener Transport Solutions. She has been a Board Member of Transport for Greater Manchester and was Vice-Chair of Zemo Partnership.

Claire is also an artist motivated by a desire for positive change. “If we want to change behaviours, we need to change the premises which led to them”. Her work The Tabula Project aims to provide a new perspective on the mind.
