He joined IDIADA Automotive Engineering company two years ago, where has been contributing to the development of in-house inverter testing solutions, including active loads and back-to-back testbenches. He has also been involved in inverter control design for SiC (Silicon Carbide) prototypes, supporting on-field proof-of-concept validations for OEMs.Most recently, he has been actively engaged in the company’s initiatives to advance EMC studies, implementing experimental testing and characterization of power modules and gate driver circuits that support high-fidelity simulation models aimed at investigating EMC-oriented design solutions and troubleshooting in power electronics. He joined UKBIC’s commercial team in 2022 as Business Development Manager, before becoming Head of Business Development in July 2024, where he supports UK and international customers to develop, optimise and scale-up their battery electrodes, cells, modules, and packs. Prior to UKBIC, Yahya worked at Ricardo UK where he delivered consultancy services for battery module and pack design and development projects, and for Ford, at its Technical Centre, where he managed engineering consultancy projects and the delivery team for Altran UK. He holds a dual MSc degree in International project management and BSc in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. Zoe Allen Senior Manager, Zero Emission Vehicles C40 Zoe Allen works with cities across the globe as C40's zero emission vehicle programme lead, providing support to cities across six continents on vehicle electrification, fleet transition, charging infrastructure and supportive policies. Zoe works closely with C40's network of nearly 100 cities, facilitating cross-city exchange on electrification and sustainable transport measures, and sharing their successes and lessons learned on the global stage (such as in the Financial Times). She is currently spearheading work to support over 55,000 high mileage drivers to access more charging in three C40 cities. She holds a MA in international development
