GeoPura is accelerating the adoption of sustainable energy through zero-emission fuels and clean power technologies. It’s HPU harnesses green hydrogen to provide zero-emission electricity, augmenting the grid where the local supply is insufficient and replacing diesel generators delivering reliable, large-scale power, with the only byproduct being water. Working with globally recognised partners, GeoPura is reducing emissions and powering net-zero.
With hubs in Sheffield, Nottingham and Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK, GeoPura is mass manufacturing HPUs alongside partner Siemens Energy and investing in the production of green hydrogen to fuel the units.
GeoPura plans to deploy a fleet of over 3,600 HPUs by 2033, providing clean, low-cost reliable power, and displacing more than ten million tonnes of CO2 emissions through their operation over their life.
Already proven by multiple high profile deployments, including recently powering the live TV broadcast of the DP World Golf tour, providing EV charging for the MOD and powering the shutdown of a Uniper power station in the UK, companies such as The BBC, Balfour Beatty, National Grid and many more are already reducing their carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable energy system today.
